Dominique Laurent - Beaune Vieilles Vignes 1er Cru Pinot Noir. This is a Bright, deep red-ruby. Very sexy aromas of raspberry and sandalwood. Dense, sweet and spicy, with a tight core of fruit and strong acidity giving the wine verve and a light touch. Very deep crimson. Big, bold and almost over the top for a Beaune. Once again, that combination of seductive nose but pretty severe on the palate. Marked acidity.Flavors of raspberry, leather and smoky, spicy oak emerge with aeration, but the wine maintained its firm shape and impression of weightlessness. This Grand Cru Pinot Noir is fancy to the view not to the paled, it didn't make a grade in smell neither taste and too dry to my liking.60 points. | Priority : ★ |

Fortunate comes the South of France, is a unique collection of varieties which have been made since 1995 in Occitan. Quality is getting from the press review throughout the world.
Clement's master Bade Melvin is getting the cooperation of the U.S. wine market professionals working in California and when he met his wife Catherine and Laurent Durone over subsequent generations Fortunate was born in four producers in Burgundy creating this new wine founded in 1991. The great results continued to explain the concept of terroir different varieties of wine growers Fortunato to look around quite a terroir over the years throughout the Languedoc-Roussillon, utilizing a variety of well-balanced personality grape cultivation was achieved. In there each variety of wine varieties have found a unique local flavor to enjoy the collection series.
This fabulous wine is soft in astringency, red fruit taste easy to drink but conservative. Purplish red garnet color and in the nose has delicate scent of fruit trees and red fruit with cherry and vanilla is also a feature typical of Pinot Noir. Mellow and well balanced, there is a pleasant tannin. this is an open expression of what Burgundy wine is not being precisely from there. Excellent wine at a very affordable price.90 pts.| Priority : ★★★★ |

This Pinot Noir is one of those wines that impress you when you see them but upset you when you drink them, on the nose a bit spice with flashes of cherry and oak in the mouth, the taming is too much dry, though it isn't bad it gives you much less of what it offer you in such of elegant bottle and for what you think you are paying for is what you get, but this is not the case. The same day I tried a much cheaper wine from Chile the "Arboleda"that happened to be better than this one.60 points. | Priority : ★ |

An outstanding achievement for Casillero del Diablo Reserva Pinot Noir 2009 was the Gold Medal won in the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles Chile 2010, which took place in Valparaiso on November 2-6, 2010.A bright and dark red colour with aromas of blackcurrants, dark plums, and a touch of vanilla, it also has a hint of coffee from being aged in American oak barrels for about six months and is very rich and generous. It is perfect to enjoy with winter stews or grilled summer barbecues.60 points. | Priority : ★ |

Mild, strawberry and spice, elusive at times, but not impressive at all. 60 pts | Priority : ★ |
