This shows a deep dark ruby purple color. Shiny healthy look. The viscosity is firmly. On the nose is amazed on the good balance of oak and fruit flavor. It Tastes fruit that match well with some youthful tannins pleasantly astringent with a slightly stronger. There is also good fun to wait for a drink now partly mature finish. Overall, Japanese beef cheeks braised in red meat. Pairs and meet also with lots of leaves as well as mushroom miso and cheese if all means. In a word Is Great .70 pts.| Priority : ★★

Cassegrain Q
Appellation; Cassegrain
Designation; Red Blend
Variety; Cabernet-Merlot
Producer (Winery); Cassegrain
Region Australia New South Wales
Sub-Region Northern Rivers Hastings River
Harvest (Vintage) 2008
Garnet color. Nose: freshly crushed black raspberry, pomegranate, sandalwood, iron-laced minerality. Medium body on the palate: juicy, ripe, generous raspberry fruit accented with more sandalwood, focused acidity. I guess that's all this wine can offer but considering its cheap price it maches a cheap meal as well. 50 pts | Priority : ★|

Garnet color. Nose: freshly. Medium body on the palate: juicy, ripe, fruit accented with more sweet than focused acidity. Firm minerally tannins. Not what I would have hoped for at the price, marketing I guess, food wine, peppery finish, not much else to say. 50 pts | Priority : ★|
